Tides and Sands are designed for guests who want more than a place to sleep - our stylish accommodation offers a proper base where you can settle in and make the most of everything Padstow has to offer.
Tides Room
Just off the landing you'll find Tides - a king-size en suite room designed with couples in mind, where relaxation is top of the agenda. The interiors have been thoughtfully renovated to balance comfort with a quiet, contemporary feel, nodding to the coastal setting without leaning into cliché. A small kitchenette means you have the flexibility of self-catering when you want it, without sacrificing any of the charm of a well-hosted B&B. All of this, and sea views too.
Sands Room
At the far end of the corridor, you'll find Sands - a king-size en suite room with estuary views and a sense of calm that sets in the moment you close the door. Like Tides, the interiors have been carefully renovated to create a space that feels both contemporary and considered. A small kitchenette gives you the freedom to self-cater on your own terms, without losing any of the warmth of a properly hosted bed-and-breakfast stay.
